Project Coordination Specialist

About Your Role

You'll provide support to our Engineering and Project teams using MS Project and other scheduling tools. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining engineering project schedules, performance analysis, variance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and scope and schedule baseline maintenance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A trade or tertiary qualification in Engineering or Scheduling
  • Cert IV in Project Management or equivalent experience
  • Experience in utilising project management principles, planning, schedule/cost program controls, and earned value supporting projects with significant engineering and design scope
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of scheduling tools such as MS Project
  • Coding experience in Power BI is preferred
  • Experience gained in the rail, automotive, military, Defence, avionics, or any other safe critical environment
