Logistics Operations Driver

Northline is an experienced Australian-based, global logistics business with a national network and international reach into over 100 countries.
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled MC Driver to join our Darwin team. This permanent full-time position involves delivering freight safely and efficiently to customers across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer's freight;
- Maintain effective communication with the depot (manager/supervisor);
- Manage truck logs in accordance with state legislation;
- Operate a forklift and manually handle freight and curtain gates;
- Hold a current and valid MC Licence;
- Hold a current Forklift Licence (LF);
- Be physically fit to handle repetitive lifting of freight/opening and closing of curtains;
- Transport industry experience with general freight carriers is highly regarded;
- Experience working in physically demanding conditions and fast-paced environment;
- An awareness of Load Restraint and Dangerous Goods will be highly regarded.
