Project Sourcing Specialist

Job Description:

The Project Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in driving world-class sourcing and administration of contracts through effective execution strategies, sourcing, and contract management. This includes developing and implementing procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize project outcomes
  • Collaborate with project teams to draft high-quality tender and contract documents
  • Select and manage commercial pricing models to minimize risk and ambiguity
  • Provide contract management support throughout the contract life cycle
  • Monitor and report on contractor performance and contract variations

About You:

Candidates should have experience in procurement for construction projects and hold a tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Engineering, Business, Law, or a similar field. Alternatively, you may have experience on the contractor side with a demonstrated understanding of project delivery.

  • Proven experience in contract law and/or contract management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to operate effectively in complex environments
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
