Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a skilled Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in growing and supporting our business by attracting top talent and developing innovative recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities:• Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to meet business needs• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to inform future recruitment strategies• Collaborate with the Leadership Team to develop and implement talent attraction initiatives• Provide administrative support for global mobility matters Requirements:- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field- Proven experience in white-collar recruitment- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills- Ability to build trust and credibility with internal stakeholders- High emotional intelligence and collaborative mindset- Advanced skills with MS Office suite and LinkedIn What We Offer:- Permanent part-time position (2-3 days per week)- Opportunity to work with a well-established management consulting firm- Collaborative and dynamic work environment- Professional development opportunities About Us:We are a leading management consulting firm focused on delivering superior value and tangible results to our clients.
