Job Summary
This is an opportunity to work in a prestigious architecture studio as a Receptionist. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and cohesive environment for clients.
You will be responsible for general administration and secretarial duties, including greeting and welcoming clients, building rapport, and creating a positive experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing invoices, diaries and calendars, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes. You will also assist with marketing efforts via social media and ordering office supplies.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a front desk Receptionist/ Administrator/ Office Manager in a relevant industry. They must have excellent communication skills, reliability, and professional presentation. Attention to detail, good organisational skills, and ability to multitask effectively are also essential.
