High availability is paramount in IT, and as an Incident and Problem Manager you will oversee ICT incidents from start to resolution, driving root cause prevention and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate major incident responses, collaborating with technical teams to restore services promptly.
- Classify, prioritize, escalate, resolve and close incidents according to ITIL standards.
- Monitor incident trends, deliver timely reporting and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
- Document and manage problems to resolution, ensuring permanent fixes are implemented.
- Facilitate post-incident reviews and analyze findings to improve future response times.
- Govern the Known Error Database (KEDB) and collaborate with change and release teams to ensure knowledge sharing and best practices.
- You have a proven track record of managing enterprise-level IT incident and problem management functions.
- You possess strong knowledge of ITIL v3 or v4 practices and can apply them effectively.
- Experience in coordinating major incident response across technical and business teams is essential.
- Your excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills will facilitate collaboration and drive results.
- You can lead governance and continuous improvement activities in high-pressure ICT environments.
