Incident Management Expert

Your role will be to coordinate the response to major incidents, implementing processes and procedures to minimize their impact on business operations. This is a critical position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain incident management policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Chair regular meetings to review and assess the status of major incidents, assign priorities, and coordinate response activities.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of major incidents.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on major incident status, progress, and outcomes.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in incident management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • A Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in incident management or related roles.
  • Experience with incident management tools and platforms is desirable.
