Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategy Lead to drive the overall product strategy and execution for our front-end experience. This role involves leading a team to develop and execute the product roadmap while elevating product management capability within the division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

About the Role and Team

The Small Business Experience team focuses on building core functionality and guidelines to power a consistent user experience for millions globally. We collaborate with product teams to ensure intuitive and beautiful software, championing efficiency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap
  • Coach team members and elevate product management capability within the division
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product teams to execute the overall product strategy
Requirements
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work horizontally across the business to drive adoption and accountability of products
  • Significant experience in creating and operationalizing new governance structures and processes
  • Understanding of how to build and scale reusable systems
  • Prioritization and decision-making skills to pick the highest priority roadmap items
