Digital Product Strategy Lead

About the Role:
">- This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the evolution of the customer experience across an eCommerce site.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Define and own the digital product strategy and roadmap
- Identify and close gaps in UX, personalisation, and product discovery
- Champion a culture of experimentation, data analysis, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, buying, and tech stakeholders
- Facilitate planning sessions, user testing, and QA to ensure seamless delivery
- Track and report on success metrics, using behavioural data and analytics tools
Requirements:
">- 3–5 years' experience in digital product management, ideally in eCommerce or DTC
- Strong understanding of customer experience design, UX research, and optimisation
- Confident working in agile environments with cross-functional squads
- Comfortable using data platforms like GA4, Mixpanel, Segment, and tools like VWO, Power BI, Tableau
- A strong communicator who can bring others on the journey and translate complexity into action
