Class 2 Residential Development Project Lead

Lead a pivotal Class 2 residential development project as an experienced Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive project growth by overseeing scope, design coordination, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, subcontractors, and safety.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure delivery excellence.
- ID opportunities for efficiency, value-add, and enhanced outcomes to drive business results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders - architects, consultants, clients, and site teams - to keep the project aligned and on track.
- Maintain compliance with Class 2 building codes, contracts, and statutory requirements.
A seasoned Project Manager with at least 5 years' experience delivering multi-unit Class 2 residential projects. Skilled at managing complex projects with confidence across budgets, timelines, and contracts.
- A strong communicator who can lead, motivate, and coordinate a diverse team.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and driven to deliver quality while growing project outcomes.
- Registered/licensed to meet Class 2 building practitioner requirements in NSW.
