Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience delivering multi-unit Class 2 residential projects with confidence.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects worth over $10 million.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate diverse teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented and proactive approach focused on delivering quality results while driving project growth.
  • Relevant registration or licensure to meet Class 2 building practitioner requirements in NSW.
