Job Overview

A key leadership opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a landmark Class 2 residential development. The successful candidate will drive the project's growth and ensure no detail is overlooked.


  • Provide end-to-end leadership across scope, design coordination, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, subcontractors, and safety.
  • Proactively monitor progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues before they escalate.
  • Cultivate opportunities for efficiency, value-add, and enhanced outcomes.
  • Maintain alignment and cooperation among stakeholders, including architects, consultants, clients, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple tasks simultaneously and manage competing priorities with ease.
  • Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, leading diverse teams and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, contracts, and statutory requirements.

Requirements
  • A proven track record of delivering multi-unit Class 2 residential projects.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value projects with confidence, ensuring timely completion and meeting budgets.
  • Strong leadership abilities, motivating and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • High level of attention to detail, with a proactive approach to delivering quality results.
  • Registration or licensure as required for Class 2 building practitioner in NSW.
