We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Site Operations Manager to join our team. As a Site Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of our site. This role requires a unique blend of hands-on pet care experience, strategic leadership, people management, and business operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading a team of people and managing site-based operations. You will also possess excellent communication skills, proven experience providing exceptional customer service, and a passion for problem solving and attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, training, and inspiring a high-performing team to provide best-in-class pet care
  • Working in the day-to-day operations of the site, including managing site cleanliness, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
  • Overseeing customer service, ensuring positive experiences and efficient bookings
  • Monitoring and driving site financial performance, optimising bookings and profitability
  • Handling pet health concerns, incidents, and ensuring clear communication with pet owners
