Pet Care Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pet Care Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional pet care and leading a high-performing team.

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the site, including rostering, compliance, and facility upkeep. You will also be responsible for overseeing customer service, ensuring positive experiences and efficient bookings.

Key duties include:

  • Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to provide best-in-class pet care.
  • Working closely with the team to deliver seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Managing site financial performance, optimising bookings and profitability.
  • Maintaining site cleanliness, safety protocols, and emergency procedures.
  • Handling pet health concerns, incidents, and ensuring clear communication with pet owners.

Duties may also include managing social media engagement, showcasing the Kip experience.

The successful candidate will have previous paid animal care experience and a proven track record of leadership. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience leading a team of people.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven experience providing exceptional customer service.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a cool head under pressure.
  • Competent with computer systems and intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
