Our organization seeks a highly skilled Research Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing customer projects, overseeing non-routine testing, and supporting research and development activities. This role involves collaborating with the Product Manager to ensure high-quality standards are maintained across various projects and tests.

This position requires strong laboratory management skills, including supervising lab activities, ensuring safety and cementitious hygiene measures are followed. The successful candidate will also be involved in physical and non-routine testing as directed by the National Technical Support Manager/Product Manager.

Other key responsibilities include occasional visits to customer sites for on-site tests and reporting results directly to clients. The candidate will also liaise with customer technical managers/supervisors on specific testing programs and provide coverage for the Project Coordinator and Laboratory Supervisors as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in chemistry or chemical engineering
  • Laboratory qualification Cert IV or above
  • Practical experience in cement and concrete testing
  • Proven experience in carrying out non-routine testing
  • Proven laboratory supervisory skills
