Exciting Opportunities in Research and Development

We're seeking a talented Contract Scientist to join our team. As a key player, you'll be responsible for designing and prototyping new cellulose-based environmentally sustainable products while enhancing our current offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe work environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Create innovative solutions for various applications.
  • Develop technologies to enhance product qualities and reduce costs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and identify opportunities for new technology adoption.

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in science or engineering.
  • Prior experience and knowledge of cellulose and paper packaging are preferred.
  • Familiarity with polymer science and processing technologies is beneficial.
  • Proven track record of innovative research and accomplishments.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional atmosphere, providing technical leadership and support for strategic projects.
  • Capacity to learn new areas of technology and contribute to project success.
  • Able to prioritize development work and assess feasibility.
  • Proficient in statistical computer tools such as Minitab and Excel functions.
