We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Authorization Officer to join our team in the finance industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls and emails related to applications and general inquiries
- Verifying application details and completing data entry of consumer agreements
- Conducting application reviews, requesting additional documentation, and assessing details to make informed decisions
- Creating opportunities by tailoring considerations and outcomes to our buyers and sellers
- Making outbound calls to follow up on decisions, outcomes, or inquiries
- Scanning and filing documentation responsibly
- Adhering to privacy laws and company terms and conditions
About You:
- You will be driven and motivated to work efficiently and effectively
- Customer service experience is essential
- Previous experience in a call centre environment is preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and operate with accuracy at all times
- Exceptional communication skills are a must

- Full-time hours with a rotating roster (7:00am - 11:00PM, 7 days a week)
