We are seeking an AP Process Improvement Specialist to be based in our office located in Milton. This role will involve overseeing the Accounts Payable function and leading a team of five based in Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing day-to-day Accounts Payable and resolution activities related to invoice processing and payments;
  • Identifying and driving key reporting-related projects and process improvements;
  • Monitoring key AP measures;
  • Leading, managing and developing a team of AP Officers;
  • Guiding and supporting staff in the day-to-day management of resolution processes/procedures;
  • Providing ad hoc reporting, project and internal/external audit support as required;
  • Ensuring timely and accurate investigation and resolution of enquiries;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with all Golding stakeholders to enable efficient resolution of payment-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary/postgraduate qualifications highly regarded;
  • Understanding of SAP P2P module;
  • Knowledge and experience in a similar role;
  • Ability to solve problems;
  • Demonstrated strong drive, energy and work efficiency;
  • Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships;
  • Demonstrated efficient computer and administration skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced working environment.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Golding Contractors offers flexible work arrangements allowing you to work from home a couple of days per week.
