We are seeking an AP Process Improvement Specialist to be based in our office located in Milton. This role will involve overseeing the Accounts Payable function and leading a team of five based in Queensland.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing day-to-day Accounts Payable and resolution activities related to invoice processing and payments;
- Identifying and driving key reporting-related projects and process improvements;
- Monitoring key AP measures;
- Leading, managing and developing a team of AP Officers;
- Guiding and supporting staff in the day-to-day management of resolution processes/procedures;
- Providing ad hoc reporting, project and internal/external audit support as required;
- Ensuring timely and accurate investigation and resolution of enquiries;
- Building and maintaining relationships with all Golding stakeholders to enable efficient resolution of payment-related issues.
- Tertiary/postgraduate qualifications highly regarded;
- Understanding of SAP P2P module;
- Knowledge and experience in a similar role;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Demonstrated strong drive, energy and work efficiency;
- Ability to establish and maintain productive working relationships;
- Demonstrated efficient computer and administration skills, including the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced working environment.
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Golding Contractors offers flexible work arrangements allowing you to work from home a couple of days per week.
