About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Customer Growth Manager. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers within a defined territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, develop and commercialize growth opportunities within existing customer accounts.
  • Use sales tools to support account management processes and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure continued growth and profitability.
  • Generate and convert leads to increase zone cylinder holdings and volume density.

Requirements:

  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of price management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
