Job Title: Personal Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and patient individual to join our team as a Personal Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals by providing personal care, support, and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with household tasks
  • Transport clients to appointments and provide support with errands and shopping
  • Administer medication and assist with mobility
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Previous experience in aged or community care is highly regarded, but not essential
  • You hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is desirable, but not required
