- Maintain a safe and respectful work environment that fosters positive patient outcomes and personal safety
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure or temporary permit
- Eligibility for both experienced and new graduate Physical Therapists
- Knowledgeable in anatomy, physiology, and current best practices in physical therapy
- Effective communication skills with staff, peers, patients, families, physicians, and other stakeholders
- Ability to lift/transfer patients and treatment supplies without restriction
