About the Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our water treatment operations team.
The role involves operating and maintaining wastewater treatment processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and delivering exceptional results.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and our multidisciplinary group to drive operational success.
Responsibilities
- Operate and adjust the wastewater treatment process, including chemical dosing.
- Conduct field testing and prepare samples for analysis.
- Complete daily operation and maintenance checklists.
- Prepare accurate reports on treatment activities and plant performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues to ensure continuous compliance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in water or wastewater treatment operations.
- Certificate II or III in Water Operations (or similar industry experience).
- Driver license.
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team and client needs.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow with the business.
