Technical Water Treatment Expert

The role will provide daily technical support to regional conventional water treatment plant operations across the state, collaborating with operations teams, and driving operational excellence through strong safety practices and innovative problem-solving.

This position is based in Osborne Park, with regular travel required to regional sites.

  • Lead remote and site-based support for operations of water treatment facilities including technical, scientific, or engineering investigations as well as design, and commissioning activities.
  • Develop and lead the provision of specialist advice on design standards and operational requirements for new treatment plants.
  • Enhance operational outcomes by developing treatment operations, processes, and technology.
  • Review plant performance against set performance criteria.

A collaborative culture, a commitment to safety, and delivering on promises are highly valued.

A tertiary qualification in a relevant scientific or engineering field, combined with considerable experience in conventional water treatment process design, operations, or troubleshooting, are essential for this role.
