This is a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of our guests and employees alike. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of park operations, from employee engagement and financial management to maintaining compliance with safety and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a hands-on attitude. They will be confident in their ability to manage a medium-sized property, with experience in hospitality or tourism-based management. A willingness to learn and drive change will be key to your success.

As part of this exciting opportunity, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support from our Operations staff. You will also have access to competitive contract terms and a 3-bedroom house provided onsite.

In this role, you will operate a profitable and sustainable business, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You will be required to live on site, with accommodation and utilities provided as part of your total remuneration package.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee relations and ensuring top-class guest experiences
  • Overseeing all areas of park operations, including financial management and budget planning
  • Maintaining compliance with safety and brand standards
