Effective Customer Fulfillment Leader

At Sanitarium, we're looking for a dynamic leader to spearhead our Customer Fulfilment team.

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Manager with strong leadership qualities and the ability to empower and motivate our team as well as supporting on customer collaboration initiatives. The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Customer Fulfilment team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of customer orders across both domestic and export markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor and drive the team to reach their own development goals whilst achieving organisational objectives
  • Development & implementation of the Customer Fulfilment strategy & culture plans, referencing both the logistics and the organisational strategy
  • Support in the implementation of the overall Logistics strategy
  • Build and maintain exceptional relationships with key internal cross-functional teams
  • Develop and support customer collaboration processes with internal and external parties
  • Analyse supply chain data and provide improvement recommendations
  • Manage the customer credit & claims process
  • Support transport/freight forwarder contract negotiations and adherence to KPI's.
About You

You will have demonstrated leadership experience within Supply chain, FMCG or manufacturing industry and bring with you a passion for leading, developing, and empowering teams.

- Strong experience with direct people leadership

- 5+ years' experience in a supply chain management role

- Previous experience in dealing with exported goods & international shipping

- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy

- Previous SAP experience (desirable)
