**About the role**

As a Fulfilment Assistant, your key responsibility is to ensure the timely and accurate processing of customer orders received via the web site or by telephone, whilst providing exceptional customer service.

Your day to day will involve picking, packing and dispatching online orders, as efficiently as possible, while also ensuring presentation is professional to standard.

This role would be a great fit for someone who isn't looking for a desk job. You have previous experience in a warehouse environment, and you enjoy spending your day moving around the warehouse and being on your feet for extended periods of time. You thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environments and love to meet and exceed targets
