Site Operations Lead

As a crucial member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional experiences across various industries. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence, you will be accountable for the overall performance of our site.
The Job OverviewYou will lead our site operational team, providing guidance and leadership to ensure that activities are prioritised and diligently completed. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving a safety culture across the site, ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures and incident reporting
- Providing assistance to contractors, ensuring compliance to policies & procedures
- Managing operational expenditure budget and forecasting
- Participating in national and site-based sustainability forums and tenant engagement strategies
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to maintain compliance with statutory authorities and enact sound engineering practices in relation to maintenance of the property structure and services.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will have significant experience in operations management within a large, retail-focused asset. You will be comfortable providing guidance to diverse teams and have experience in contract management and administration. Additionally, you will possess expertise in critical analysis of building performance and be able to manage OPEX budgets and general P&L.
