Lead Financial Governance and Compliance Role

The organization seeks a dynamic Senior Finance and Compliance Manager to drive strategic financial governance and regulatory compliance across all divisions. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity, embraces innovation, and brings energy, initiative, and a solutions mindset to everything they do.

This leader will play a critical role in advancing the organization's financial and governance maturity by working closely with the Chief Financial Officer. They will support enterprise-wide financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and risk management with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.

The ideal candidate has a strong emphasis on collaboration, strategic insight, and operational excellence. They must have experience leading change and supporting organizational culture, as well as advanced knowledge of financial principles and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and reporting with strategic insights.
  • Drive digital transformation and ensure compliance with key regulatory standards.
  • Manage audits, risk assessments, and internal controls.
  • Supervise finance and compliance staff, supporting performance and development.
  • Contribute to organizational strategy and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CA qualification required.
  • 7+ years in finance, with 3+ years in a senior/management role.
  • Strong financial management, reporting, and compliance experience.
  • Experience leading change and supporting organizational culture.
