About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Consultant to join our team at State Street, a leading custodian bank, asset manager, and asset intelligence company. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients in the enterprise investment management space.

Your primary focus will be on assisting clients in implementing and upgrading our Charles River Investment Management Solution (CR IMS), a cutting-edge platform for institutional investment, wealth management, and hedge funds. This will involve working closely with clients to define their requirements, configure and tune the solution to meet their business needs, providing training and support, and ensuring a seamless transition to production.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate client requirements to deliver tailored consulting services.
  • Implement and upgrade CR IMS to meet client needs, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our services.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong technical skills: Proficiency in investment solutions, technology, and front-to-back office investment management workflows.
  • Consulting experience: 2-3+ years of experience in consulting, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas to clients and colleagues.
  • Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address client needs.
