About Bras N Things Macquarie Centre Store

We're Australia's favourite playground for lingerie lovers, with 200+ stores across Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the US (and growing). Our team at Bras N Things Macquarie Centre Store is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Retail Store Director to join us.

This is a full-time position working 38 hours/week across a Tuesday-Saturday roster. You will be leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences, helping them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes. You'll also be executing Visual Merchandising in-store and using your own discretion to make commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
  • Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
  • Executing Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions
  • Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks
  • Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team
About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous retail management experience and excellent leadership skills. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
