Job Title: Home Loan Sales Associate

A highly motivated professional is sought after to join our team as the first point of contact for customers looking to buy, invest, or refinance.

This role provides a clear pathway into mortgage broking or finance and growth opportunities within the company.

  • Speak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers' calendars.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.
  • Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences as part of a high-energy, goal-driven team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
  • Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential).
  • A keen interest in property, finance, or mortgage broking.
  • Drive and resilience to hit goals and maximise earning potential.
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights.
