Employment Pathways Consultant

This is a front-line, target-driven role where you'll combine case management with proactive employer engagement to create sustainable employment matches that benefit both the individual and the business.

You will play a vital role in supporting our mission by providing tailored support, career development planning, and a strong customer experience for participants and employers. Build relationships with local employers through networking, cold calling, and business development activities.

Work one-on-one with participants to understand their goals, address potential barriers, and develop employment pathways that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Match participants to suitable roles and provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment, placement, and post-placement phases.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation aligned with contractual and organisational standards.
  • Meet performance targets and KPIs related to placements, customer satisfaction, and business development.
