Revenue Investigation And Reconciliation Clerk Job Description">

Our organization is seeking a skilled Revenue Investigation and Reconciliation Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate investigation, processing and reconciliation of donations received by our national Fundraising department.

The Revenue Investigation and Reconciliation Clerk will investigate and prepare unidentified bank deposit donations, process daily Direct Debit batches, post Blackbaud files to the general ledger, and reconcile bank statements with Blackbaud and payment gateway records. They will also research and process all donations received online nationally.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a business administration environment and/or relevant business qualifications, as well as experience in handling and analyzing finances and records accurately. Proficiency with Excel and ability to utilize pivot tables is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and prepare unidentified bank deposit donations
  • Process daily Direct Debit batches
  • Post Blackbaud files to the general ledger
  • Reconcile bank statements with Blackbaud and payment gateway records
  • Research and process all donations received online nationally
