Financial Transaction Specialist

Job Description:

This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where you will develop a deeper understanding of financial transactions and banking operations.

In this position, you will be responsible for allocating payments from customers to relevant invoices, reconciling customer accounts and remittance information, and managing new customer set-ups and maintenance.

You will also be responsible for bank reconciliations, including statement uploads and discrepancy investigation, as well as expense management and assistance with month-end activities.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of banking, particularly in the area of reconciliation, along with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily allocation of payments from customers to relevant invoices
