Key Responsibilities

The Salvation Army Fundraising Donor Services team is seeking a Revenue Investigation Officer for a 12-month contract.

  • Examine, scrutinise and validate transactions on all bank accounts connected to Blackbaud CRM daily
  • Process transactions from Bank Statement to CRM (Blackbaud), Payment Gateway to Bank Statement
  • Research and process all donations received online nationally
  • Process daily Direct Debit Batches
  • Post Blackbaud Files to a General Ledger
  • Assist with the processing of electronic files from internal and external stakeholders
  • Investigate and action Disputed Transactions: Fraudulent, Charge Backs, Refunds
  • Investigate and prepare "unidentified" bank deposit donations
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • Proficient Data Entry skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify errors
  • Prior experience in a business administration environment and/or relevant business qualifications
  • Experience in handling and analysing finances and records accurately
  • Proficiency with Excel and ability to utilise pivot tables
  • Experience working in a team environment
