About the Role

You will work in our Banking, Treasury and Market Operations department, resolving customer inquiries and requests related to incorrect internet banking transactions, external banking investigations, and suspense account reconciliations of unmatched Debits and Credits.

As a Reconciliations and Investigations Officer, you will investigate non-fraud related chargebacks and customer card disputes, as well as handle general customer inquiries about missing funds. You should have strong analytical skills and be able to approach problems systematically.

When working on tasks, you should take a proactive approach and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills. As a team player with a can-do attitude, you enjoy tackling challenges and working collaboratively in a social environment.
