Senior Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Insights Specialist to join our People & Performance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively to stakeholders.

This role will play a critical part in supporting the delivery of strategic workforce decisions through the provision of clear and actionable people insights.

  • Develop and maintain an effective people analytics strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals.
  • Analyse data from various sources to support people analytics initiatives and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar tools to present key findings and trends.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR functions and business units to ascertain and understand specific data requirements.
