The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Manager/Engineer, responsible for ensuring flawless delivery of our industrial refrigeration projects. You will be empowered to meet our customers' expectations and needs, delivering projects on time and on budget.

About the Role:

  • Liaising directly with clients to define scope, secure projects, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Project scoping, tender document preparation, cost estimation, tender evaluation, and preparation of recommendation reports and presentations.
  • Detailed design and layout work, ensuring compliance with relative codes and standards.
  • Ensuring quality, safety, and environmental aspects are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Supporting the project team within your region and building strong customer relationships.
  • Ensuring continued business growth and success through proactive project management and engineering expertise.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of industrial refrigeration/HVAC or similar industry experience.
  • Project Management/Engineering experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work both within a team and autonomously.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
