Workplace Strategy Lead

At CBRE, our Workplace Consulting Team's mission is to enable people to do their best work. Our services address our clients' needs across the life cycle of their workplace experience - from strategy definition, through to experience implementation and change management support, on continuous monitoring of workplace effectiveness.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development and growth activities, including pitching to potential new clients on our workplace strategy and change management services.
  • Manage a team of analysts and consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement workplace strategy and change management solutions that meet client needs.
  • Manage multiple projects from a budget and resourcing perspective, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Design and lead engaging client events, activities, and communications that build strong relationships and drive business growth.

About You:

  • Proven experience in workplace strategy and change management, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Adept project manager with a strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively.
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and drive business outcomes.
