The Role: Growth Lead

As our first Growth Lead at Vow Group, you'll be responsible for unlocking commercial potential and driving growth across our range of products and brands. You'll develop strategic plans to expand our product formats, pricing, and market presence. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for partnerships, channels, and new markets to grow our business exponentially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Building a pipeline of demand and roadmap of new partners across channels and regions, ensuring supply matches demand.
  • Designing and implementing channel mix and product mix strategies to maximize topline revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Brand Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Regional Business Development to implement growth opportunities.
  • Analyzing in-market performance and customer feedback to inform future growth initiatives.

**Success Metrics:**

  • In the first few months, you'll have established a clear growth roadmap and developed a deep understanding of our target market and customer needs.
  • By six months, you'll have unlocked multiple new revenue-generating opportunities through partnerships, channels, and product formats.
  • After a year, you'll have demonstrated significant and sustainable volume growth for our products and brands, leveraging in-market sales results to inform future growth strategies.
