About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Strategy Lead to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and profitability through ideation, prioritization, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive new customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer growth and engagement
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics to inform growth strategy and optimize marketing spend
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives
Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, management consulting, or corporate strategy
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, coach, and motivate direct reports towards business objectives
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in business, finance, or STEM discipline
  • Experience and proficiency in financial/operational modeling and strong analytical skills
