We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Technical Claims Lead to join our team at Aviva. About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of change and senior stakeholder exposure. You will be responsible for implementing and overseeing our claims philosophy, standards, and best practices, ensuring that we deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of claims handlers and major loss field teams to deliver market-leading indemnity performance and excellent customer outcomes.
- Implement and oversee our claims philosophy, standards, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, ensuring that we meet our targets and exceed customer expectations.
What You'll Get:
- Salary circa £75,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 12% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva's).
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will provide up to 14%, depending on individual contributions.
