Senior Business Insights Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Business Insights Specialist to join our team and drive strategic decision-making across the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage reports, spreadsheets and presentations sourced from a wide range of data, ensuring outputs are clear, accurate and aligned with the Department's strategic objectives.
- Collect, collate and analyse data to prepare accurate and timely reports, briefs and correspondence on complex issues impacting programs and organisational outcomes.
- Support the development of systems, tools and processes that monitor and evaluate transport performance, investment and project delivery, ensuring insights are reliable and meaningful.
The successful candidate will demonstrate experience in data analysis, reporting and business intelligence, with proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
