About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position based on our Heathcote Road project site.

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and managing contract documentation, notices, and information in conjunction with the Project team
  • Administering and maintaining the contract management system for the project
  • Supporting the prequalification and evaluation of subcontractors
  • Managing applications for payment from clients and subcontractor claim assessments
  • Providing input into claims preparation, reviews, and submissions
About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is ideal
  • Collaborative and team-minded, with experience working closely with Project teams, Legal teams, and other stakeholders
  • Pro-active and solutions-focused, with the ability to work autonomously
  • Experience in a similar role in building, construction, energy, or other heavy industry is preferred
