Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential aged care facility in Hobart.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centred care, maximizing revenue, and maintaining accreditation standards.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and proactive manager who has a proven track record in operational management, including financial budgeting, implementation and development of standards and procedures, and promoting productivity of team members.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership roles, up-to-date knowledge of accreditation standards, and the ability to identify and improve areas of clinical risk and quality guidelines.

Main Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day operations and management of the service
  • Ensuring occupancy levels are met and maintained through community engagement
  • Finance and HR management
  • Motivation, training, and development of team members
  • Ensuring compliance and quality indicators are met in line with accreditation and industry standards
Requirements
  • AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
  • Up-to-date working knowledge and experience achieving accreditation standards
  • Ability to identify and improve areas of clinical risk and quality guidelines
