We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Personal Everyday Banking team, where you will play a key role in driving the success of our loyalty program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic plans to deliver market-leading loyalty propositions and drive growth in customers, deposits, and Bank of Choice.
- Deliver on the evolution of our loyalty offers and rewards program, ensuring it meets clear outcomes aligned with customer needs, commercial sustainability, and technical feasibility.
- Lead engagement with partners and stakeholders across the enterprise to align on shared success.
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Consultant Loyalty Program, coupled with experience in driving ideas & innovation, customer strategy, and execution.
- Financial modelling experience and proven analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills.
- Experience with effectively engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, a high degree of business acumen, and stress-testing plans and strategies.
