The successful applicant will be responsible for managing multiple client portfolios with precision and expertise, performing end-of-month accounting tasks, reviewing P+L and Balance Sheet, and reviewing quarterly BAS workpapers.

In addition, the Senior Bookkeeper will assist with process improvements and digital system integrations across hospitality, e-commerce, inventory, and payroll, drive efficiency and capacity planning, and maintain and update workflow management system via Xbert.

You will also be responsible for onboarding new clients, contributing to bespoke financial reporting for advisory services, resolving team and client enquiries, providing support and solutions with a mindset of going above and beyond, and assisting the Director with detailed client reporting and strategic advisory.

This is a full-time role, with a mix of office and WFH arrangements, reporting to the Director of Bookkeeping. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
