As a dedicated professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences in luxury beachfront residences.
About the Role- Supporting the Guest Services team to provide an outstanding experience for short-term guests and residents.
- Overseeing day-to-day operational aspects of short-term lettings, ensuring properties are well-maintained and guest-ready.
- Coordinating bookings, check-ins, and check-outs to maintain seamless operations.
- Liaising with contractors and service providers to uphold property standards.
- Assisting in property inspections, compliance checks, and reporting maintenance requirements.
- Managing tenant and guest inquiries, providing prompt and professional service.
- Ensuring all operations align with luxury service standards and brand expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management, guest services, or a hospitality-related role.
- A strong understanding of short-term rental operations, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with guests, residents, and service providers.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering premium guest experiences.
- A current QLD Real Estate Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) is highly desirable.
