Job Title:

Mechanical & Electrical Delivery Team Leader


About the Role:

The Mechanical and Electrical Delivery Team Lead will oversee and support field teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, efficient, and effective delivery of works to industry standards, while maintaining high client key performance indicator compliance.

This is a permanent full-time position located at our Mitcham facility.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resources to achieve timely delivery of work
  • Ensure response and rectification target compliance
  • Effectively manage field crews and subcontractors to meet operational objectives
  • Manage subcontractors, including scheduling, procurement, invoices, inductions, licenses, and training
  • Support proactive and reactive maintenance works across the network
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage staff to work safely and productively
  • Manage job costings for account accuracy

About You:

You must have a trade qualification in electrician, mechanical fitter, or similar, accompanied by 5 years' experience in a supervisory role.

Desirable skills include strong leadership and communication, subcontractor and materials management, white card certification, and management of multi-disciplined teams.
