Job Description

We are seeking to enhance commercial partnerships and drive business growth by appointing experienced professionals as key customer contacts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and leverage networks with major customers to optimize current revenue contracts and foster business expansion.
  • Maintain excellent relationships across your portfolio of customers and all functions within the organization to optimize the flow of customer information.
  • Be an expert on customer intelligence within the portfolio, identifying potential future business opportunities or decline risks, and develop long-term strategic solutions.
  • Support the design and development of customer proposals, tender responses, and business cases within your portfolio.
  • Facilitate commercial negotiations and contracting processes with customers, focusing on renewing current contracts prior to expiry.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years in a similar role with relevant background.
  • Strong commercial experience, preferably with logistics background.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation, consultation, facilitation, and written communication.
  • University qualification in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • High-level skills in customer service delivery in a large commercial organization.
  • Solid understanding of financial analysis and business strategy, enabling data-driven decision-making.
